Lender Report: This Report, for a fee, is used by a lender as underwriting information in making a mortgage for a home in an association. This Report may also contain important association documents. Assessment/Covenant Certificate Report: This Report, for a fee, is provided at the request of a lender for a current owner in the association who wishes to refinance their home. Community Association Documents Report: This Report is a collection of important community association documents such as the declaration, bylaws, etc. It may be provided separately or with the Disclosure/Resale Report, the Lender Report or the Update Report. Quik Facts Plus^TM: This is summary information about a community association that is only available to Registered Users. It is date stamped and time stamped. Quik Facts Plus™ contains information about litigation and owner occupancy. [close]

Purchase/Lease Application Package: A Purchase Application Package is required of all potential buyers for all homes and units in associations managed by our company. A Lease Application Package is required of all renters for all homes and units in associations managed by our company.

Order Status: The status of a Report can be tracked online using the Order Number. The status of an Order is either "Ordered" (for a new order), "Approved" (but not delivered" or "Delivered." A Delivered order is one that has been sent by email to the Recipient or otherwise sent according to the Delivery Method that was selected. [close]
